Our Philosophy
Our philosophy is simple and is based on a vegetarian cuisine designed with the principles of sustainability and ethics towards the environment, animals and workers.
In fact, eating incorrectly and unsustainably is a factor in pollution, social inequality, disease and atrocities against animals.
ORA was created to offer an organic, vegetarian, inclusive, sustainable, smart and tasty food and wine format, based on the principles of proximity, reuse and reduction of plastic, waste and energy consumption.
We like to think that NOW can be both a project that promotes healthy and necessary values and principles, and an entrepreneurial model.
